The proposed starter package covers up to three standard pages, such as Home, Services and Contact. We adapt an existing layout with your logo, colours, text and photographs.
CMS access lets you update the agreed text and images yourself. The proposed plan includes hosting, SSL, routine platform maintenance and backups for a standard small business website.
Support hours, response arrangements and hosting limits will be set out in the written agreement. The content assistance allowance does not roll over.
HOW WE KEEP THE PRICE LOW
We adapt an existing design foundation, keeping the initial work focused rather than creating a bespoke design from scratch.
Provide ready-to-use text, your logo and images you have permission to publish. Copywriting and photography are separate.
Use the CMS for routine edits. Additional help and new features can be quoted when needed.
Three standard pages and one review round keep the initial package manageable. We agree any extras before doing the work.

PROPOSED PAYMENT & OWNERSHIP ARRANGEMENTS
The proposed plan is £299 for a 12-month subscription, paid before work starts, with no separate starter design or setup charge. It is an annual service, rather than a free standalone website.
Launch timing depends on the agreed scope and receiving your content. Renewal pricing and notice arrangements will be confirmed before signup; this draft page does not create an automatic renewal commitment.
The proposed arrangement leaves your supplied content with you and your domain in your control. CMS access and the hosted website are provided for the subscription period.
The starter price does not include transferring the underlying CMS, application source code or a portable website on cancellation. Export of your supplied text and images, any migration assistance, refunds and cancellation terms must be agreed in writing before signup.
