THE PRESENTATION

Property discovery.
Tenant information.

The supplied design places an introductory banner above three student-accommodation cards, with additional space for questions and answers, rent information and enquiries.

Orange and green accents distinguish introductory content, property names and tenant information, giving the student-property website a recognisable visual identity.

THE CONTRIBUTION

Design and development.
Delivered through an agency.

In 2012, the work covered website design, CMS and database development for Orange Property, undertaken through another agency.

The project combined the public-facing website with content management and its supporting database. The original website is no longer live.

THE ORIGINAL DESIGN

Several needs.
One property website.

Student accommodation

Three image-led property cards introduce accommodation options with names, descriptions and historical weekly rents.

Promotional content

A large introductory banner gives the homepage room for imagery and a prominent welcome message.

Tenant information

The design includes navigation for repairs and sections for questions and answers and rent information, alongside property browsing.

Content management

The confirmed development contribution included a CMS and database behind the public website.

A surviving design record.

The Photoshop file preserves the homepage’s visual structure. Visible rent-payment, newsletter, social and slideshow controls are not treated here as proof of specific implemented integrations.

Agency-delivered experience.

This case study describes the design, CMS and database work delivered through another agency. It does not imply that Orange Property commissioned Abaca Digital directly.
